Aaron had his big race last weekend (The Bogus Basin Hill Climb). This is him just before the race. He did awesome and beat his record time by 5 minutes, completing the race in 1hr 23 minutes!!! Nice work!
My good friend, Nicole, visited from Portland last weekend and we had a great time catching up. She is my all time favorite PT Assistant and I miss working with her!

Melissa and Jessica threw me a great baby shower with friends in Boise (and Nicole from Portland). I didn't get a lot of great pictures, but the baby did get a lot of great gifts and we all had a fun time - Thanks so much everybody!
